School and College Leavers

Changing Gear is delighted to be able to offer an opportunity for school and college leavers.

So many of our younger generation leave school with no real idea of the standards they should be meeting in their personal presentation firstly at interview, and then in the wider marketplace. The whole business of leaving school or university can be a challenging, bewildering and sometimes frightening experience. Changing Gear will offer young people the basis of a style foundation for life with advice on personal style including how to recognise their own bodyline, their best suited colours, and important information about accessories, such as smart bags, pens, watches etc., and how making the best of this can influence others decisions about them, giving them a much better chance of succeeding at interview. We also include a section on all-important etiquette. This opportunity should be seen as an investment in a young person's future, and something from which they will gain long term benefit well into their careers.

The personal consultation only takes 2 hours, but is probably 2 of the best hours ever spent!
