Q. How does ‘Changing Gear’ achieve a great personal brand for my people?

A. We provide Corporate and Personal Branding Seminars, Executive Brand Workshops, One-to-One Personal Branding Consultations and Company Image Audits.

Our programmes are designed to address the needs of executives who interface with clients in a constant stream of meetings and business entertaining. Quite frequently Client Relationship Managers are asked to entertain clients from high profile companies who may be at a more elevated career position, and it is vital that company executives know how to organise this with aplomb, and can handle and be at ease with high level entertainment in all its aspects. So, for example, an element in our workshops can be brought in to discuss Corporate Entertainment and Modern Manners.

There are five Modules in all, you can take them as stand-alone modules tailored to what you require, or we can deliver a group of bespoke modules which, when sequentially delivered, form the Personal Branding Programme. These can all be delivered in workshop format or in a One-to-One Coaching Programme.
